Established in 1922 at St.Helen's Road, Swansea; 2022 marks 100 years of ice cream making in the Cascarini family for Joe's Ice Cream, which has always used locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. The wholesale business has been in operation for 27 years and we have been supplying the successful CK's chain for the majority of them. CK's has been a dedicated customer of Joe's, a partner with similarly aligned values of quality with strong Welsh roots.

Cardigan Bay Honey (Mel Bae Ceredigion) is a rural bee farm based in the lower Teifi valley in West Wales where Ceri the beekeeper lives with his wife Lorien and their 5 children. The farm itself is spread over more than 20 apiaries, all in beautiful locations around Ceredigion and North Pembrokeshire.

The Snowdonia Cheese Company supply CK's with a range of their award winning cheeses, made in North Wales. Available in selected stores, these cheeses are loved by many and make a great gift.

The Moore Family have been baking at Henllan Bakery since 1908. They have been supplying CK's for three years, with a range of bakery products.

Ellis Eggs in the Cynon Valley area of Rhondda Cynon Taf are egg suppliers to supermarkets, wholesalers and also has an on site shop.

Tan Y Castell Bakery is a family run business based in Narberth at the foot of the beautiful Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire, Wales. We specialise in baking traditional Welsh recipes by hand (where possible), using quality ingredients which create our delicious and award-winning products.

Selwyn’s is based on the beautiful shores of the Gower Peninsula, in the exact spot where our family’s adventure first began. We’re still a family run business and remain true to Selwyn’s original passion on our journey to wonderfully tasty discoveries. Caws Cenarth is a family business started by Gwynfor and Thelma Adams in 1987 in response to Milk Quotas. Here, on their farm, Glyneithinog, in the lovely and lush valley of the river Cych, they drew on a six generation tradition of cheesemaking and Caws Cenarth quickly established a reputation for its creamy, fresh-flavoured Caerffili.

Our milk comes direct from the farm to us – Welsh milk, from Welsh cows, bottled in Wales. Sourced in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, all our milk is produced within a forty-mile radius of our bottling plant here in Haverfordwest.

Our gelato is made on Gower and we strive to use as many local ingredients and suppliers as possible. Our dedicated team are constantly striving to make the perfect gelato and are always looking at new and exciting flavours, along with the more traditional, to excite the pallet.
